Health Risks of Using Mobile Phones
We keep hearing about the health risks of using mobile phones from the media and several medical journal. We look at it, cringe with fear and then continue using. For all practical purposes mobile phones are necessary evils. We cannot manage without them even if they cause damage to the body. It a classic case of a technological catastrophe.
The health risks associated with mobile phones are not minor by any chance. Mobile phone radiations can cause fatal health conditions like cancer. Although many medical experts have said that there is no conclusive proof of the fact that cancer is one of the health risk of using mobile phones, there is a research to suggest otherwise. Mobile phone radiations will have a cumulative effect and there is not enough data to know all its ill-effects on human health.
However, some health risks of using mobile phones can be described in loud and clear terms. Mobile phones can cause infertility problems in men and they are certainly a cause of cancer if used excessively.
Some of the other effects of mobile phones are mentioned below.

Mobile phones have been identified as triggers for migraine headaches. The radiations from mobile phones cause a buzzing feeling in the ears that leads to nagging headaches.

Fatigue
The radiations from mobile phones causes damage to the brain cells. This makes you feel tired and fatigued very quickly.

Sleep Disorders
Excessive use of mobile phones can cause anxiety and stress that stops you from having a sound sleep. This is also a psychological problem up to a certain extent.

Memory Loss
The radio frequency of the mobile phones interferes with the brains capacity to store information. That is why, excess usage of mobile phones can lead to memory loss.

Infertility
Most guys keep their mobile phones in their trouser pockets. The radiations and heat from the mobile phones kills sperms.

Toxic Reaction
Mobile phone radiations breaks the safety barrier in the blood stream. This results in harmful toxins getting drained into the brain causing a toxic reaction.

Hearing Problems
Using mobile phones on high volume for many hours puts pressure in your eardrums. It may eventually lead to earache and hearing problems.

Cancer
Radiations are never good for the body as they are capable of promoting tumours and cancerous growth. There is not enough evidence to link mobile phone use with cancer directly. However, extensive research is being done on this subject.

Emotional Problems
Nomophobia is a new kind of phobia that marks a fear of losing or being away from your mobile phone. Being addicted to mobile phones makes you emotionally unstable and disconnected from the real world.
