Coping With Excessive Sweating This Summer

Reasons Of Excessive Sweating -
1.Nerve Problems – Sweat glands are present all over the body, and the nerves, which are receptor of the brains send the message when there is a need to sweat. When the nervous system fails to send the message or send the wrong stimuli, which is one of the major reasons for excessive sweating. In a more severe form it is called Hyperhidrosis.
2.Spinal Cord – Disorder of the Spinal cord which is the central nervous system can lead to the disorder. One such spinal cord disorder is called the Syringomyelia. The first symptom of spinal cord tumour is sweating.
3.Brain Function Disorder – The sweat glands of the body are controlled by the hypothalamus of the brain, which also control the sense of hunger and thirst. This hypothalamus also maintains the temperature of the body and thus any disorder in this part of the brain results in sweating. This also gives rise to anxiety, depression and stress.
Natural Ways To Treat Excessive Sweating -
1.Turnip Juice - Turnip juice works in controlling the activity of the sweat glands. Turnips can be grated and squeezed to extract juice. Apply this juice on the affected area. One can even drink turnip juice once a day to treat excessive sweating.
2.Sage Tea – Sage tea too is an effective way of reducing excessive sweating. Sage the should be taken twice a day, to ensure proper working of the sweat glands. Once the symptoms treat, stop taking the tea.
3.lemon Juice - lemon Juice though not a treatment to stop sweating, is one of the best ways to prevent sweat odour and also to stop it for sometime. Lemon juice can be applied to the sweat sensitive part of the body. It treats odour as well as infections.
4.Avoid Sweat Foods – Some of the foods which promote sweating are garlic, onions, spices and caffeine. They aggreviate the problem by heating up the body.
People facing this problem should go for a medical check up and follow these ways to treat sweating in summers. A summer without sweating troubles, won't it be ideal?
