Quick Treatment For Chicken Pox

It is a viral infection and affects both adults and children in the same way. It is highly contagious and spreads through air. The basic symptoms are fever, headache, loss of appetite, faulty digestive system, weakness and most importantly faulty immune system etc. After an incubation of 10-20 days, rashes start to appear, which from a small blister grows up to be pus filled boils with black scales. One important fact about this disease is that the rashes and infection starts internally much before it appears on the skin.
Treatment of Chicken Pox basically aims an enhancing the immune system. Once the immune system is enhances, drying of the scales, curing fever, enhancing appetite are taken care of. Along with medicines home treatment is also of great help.
Chicken Pox Treatment -
1.Carrot and coriander soup is a great treatment for Chicken Pox. 100 grams of carrots and 60 grams of coriander should be finely chopped and cooked in two cups of water. Strain the concoction and drink it once a day. This promotes quick healing.
2.Neem leaves are of great help during pox. It is a natural antiseptic and thus promotes the healing process. Neem leaves can also be made into a concoction and drank twice a day. When the skin itches, neem leaves can be used. This ensures prevention from infection.
3.Yet another treatment is a tea made of chamomile, basil, marigold and lemon balm. To the tea add a pinch of cinnamon and honey. This quickens the recovery period.
4.Brown vinegar is also said to be one of the best treatments. Apart from curing the irritation it also quickens the recovery period.
5.Boil some green pea and use the water to sponge on the affected area. This helps in curing the pox along with the scars.
6.Applying sandalwood oil on the blisters also helps in quick cure of the scars.
All the above mentioned treatment of Chicken Pox promotes the immune system of the body and thus ensures quick recovery.
