Fish Oil To Reduce Breast Cancer Risk

A recent study has proved that fish oil can reduce the risk of breast cancer. Researchers from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle said that fish oil reduces the inflammation and in turn it prevents cell damage.

This study involved 35,000 women and it took six years time to complete. The research proved that women who are in their post menopausal stage took the supplements and it reduced the risk of cancer by third.

The richness of fatty acids which is capable of reducing inflammation worked the magic.Fish oils is also good for healthy eyes, brain cells, protection against ageing.

This team of researchers are the first to examine closely the results of fish oil in women and find out, if the women who took fish oil developed breast cancer or not.

As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure.Fish oil is easily available in the market, in the form of tablets. So it's recommended to have those and stay away from risk.
