garlic

cup

coconut
milk

salt,

pepper
and
onion
powder

spoons

ghee
or
coconut
oil

spoons

plain
protein

collagen

Preparation:
In a pan, combine carrots, veg broth, ginger and garlic. Boil it and let it simmer. Sauté the onions in a pan and add ghee to it. Proceed until the mixture is caramel like.
