Frozen foods contain a lot of preservatives, saturated fat and added flavours which are the major fat building food. Avoiding frozen food helps in preventing fat accumulation in the body.
3.Microwave Popcorn:
Microwave popcorn is rich in saturated fat and it also contains a chemical which adds to fat development in the body.
4. Processed Foods:
Processed foods are very low in nutrients. They contain a lot of salts which lead to the deposition of fats in the body.
5. Chips:
Chips might be the quickest snack but it contains a lot of sodium, oil and saturated fat. This is one of the most common sources that add fat to the body.
6. Butter:
The aroma of butter might lure you but it contains high amounts of trans-fat and cholesterol which leads to accumulation of fat in the body.
7. Cheese:
Cheese contains a high amount of trans-fat which leads to an increase in the cholesterol level and in the long run puts you at a risk of developing heart problems.
8. Whipped Cream:
Whipped cream that is spread over your coffee contains high sugar and fat that are extremely harmful for your body. It will lead to an increase in the cholesterol level.
9. Cutting Down On Sugar:
Sugar containing foods like pastries and candies contain a lot of calories. This helps in adding up fat in the body. Hence this should be avoided.
10. Avoid Soda Containing Drinks:
Soda and other energy drinks contain high amount of artificial sweeteners. This leads to an increase in the cholesterol and fat deposition in the body.
