Exercises To Get Plump Buttocks

Exercises To Get Plump Butt
Yoga provides the best exercises for plump butt. The ardha chandrasana and shwanasana are mainly designed to tone buttocks. There are some more additions in the list.
1. Dumbbell Squats: Having a 25lbs. dumbbell in your left or right hand, squat down by moving arms front and back. Exhale and inhale while sitting down and standing up. Putting pressure on the abdominal and hip muscles during the exercise will help to tone buttocks.
Bend Your knees as if you were going to sit on a chair and stand up by moving your arm with dumbles forward and backwards. The semi squats are even powerful and help your lower half tone faster and better.
Switch hands and carry on with another set of 10 reps.
2. Kettlebells are also excellent in shaping your buttocks plump. Placing a kettlebell (40 lbs.) in one of the sides and bending backwards in an attempt to lift with one of the hands will squeeze the butt fat and help your tone thigh muscles.
You can also place the kettlebells forward and life it by bending your back and stretching buttock outwards.
3. Doggy Act: Bend your back by taking the support of hands on the ground (dog posture). Hold this posture until count 10 and slowly return back to standing position.
At least 20-30 minutes of workout will tone muscles and make your butts look plump and hot!.
