Exclude and include funda: Instead of leaving everything and going on a crash diet, focus on what to eat and what to exclude from your diet for a healthy body. Chew more and eat less. Go for the right nutritious diet food in desired amount. Having too less can make you weak and damage the digestion so go for protein food like green leafy vegetables and fruits. Low fat diary products provide calcium and is less in fat.
Have plenty of water: Apart form nutritious diet food, it is very important to stay hydrated. This also controls the hunger as the stomach is full. Prefer having hot water an hour after meals to burn the unwanted calories. One of the diet tips is to never drink water immediately after eating. Few drops are advised to have if you are thirsty.
Have nuts: Having almonds, pistachios and peanuts are nutritious diet food. The myth that nuts are filled with calories is not true. These nuts provide vitamins and proteins to stay energetic. These nuts also control hunger. Munch few nuts as snacks whenever you feel hungry.
Don't quit your favorite food completely: It is not necessary to leave your favorite food completely. Reduce the quantity. Instead of buying a chocolate box, go for a slice of chocolate. Having your favorite food once in a week is not wrong if the quantity is less.
Add taste: Stimulate the taste buds by adding spices which you like. This will control the urge to overeat and also add taste to your diet food.
