The Belly fat has many disadvantages, the excessive fat intake in the form of alcohol, poor diet, procastination may lead to various problems like cardio vascular diseases. The fat deposits need to be killed and for which these few tips to reduce belly fat will help.
Tips To Reduce The "Delhi" Belly Fat -
1. The basic step to start with reducing belly fat is having a check on your calorie intake. Eating fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meat and avoiding saturated fats would support your diet plan.
2. Not eating for losing weight is the worst idea. Try limiting meals (eat small meals) according to calories and eat nutritious food that provide the necessary energy and balanced nutrients to the body. Replace junk food with vegetables like carrots, fiber rich food, brown rice and nuts.
3. Exercise daily or atleast 3-4 times in a week. This will keep your metabolism rate on all time high making it easier for weight loss.
4. Don't avoid simple exercises like walking, running and climbing stairs. This will also help in reducing the bloated fat that make you feel lazy always. Doing a few crunches, push ups while watching TV or cooking will keep you stay fit always.
5. Avoids food stuffs that contain lot of sugar and salt. Drink lots of water (at least 6-8 glasses). Avoid packed juice, artificial flavored drink and perforated drinks.
7. Listening to good music, meditating and taking deep breaths will also help in reducing your belly fat and having a healthy mind, soul and body.
