Breakfast Made Easy: 5 Healthy Recipes For College Students
Are you a college student looking for quick and healthy breakfast ideas? We understand that mornings can be hectic, but it's important to fuel your body with nutritious food to start your day right.

Whether you are in a hostel, rented space or home, these quick breakfast ideas can make your morning routine a bit easy. To help you out, we've put together a list of 5 delicious and easy-to-make breakfast options that will keep you energised throughout the day.
5 Quick Breakfast Ideas For College Students
1. Overnight oats: Start your day with a bowl of overnight oats. Simply mix rolled oats, milk (or yoghurt), and your favourite toppings like fruits, nuts, or honey in a jar or container. Leave it in the fridge overnight, and in the morning, you'll have a tasty and nutritious breakfast ready to grab and go.

2. Vegetable poha: Poha is a popular Indian breakfast dish that can be prepared in a jiffy. Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chillies. Then, add flattened rice (poha), turmeric powder, salt, and sauté for a few minutes. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
3. Egg and veggie wrap: For a protein-packed breakfast, whip up an egg and veggie wrap. Beat an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a pan with a little oil and pour the beaten egg mixture. Place some chopped vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and spinach on top. Cook until the egg sets, then flip and cook for a minute. Place the cooked egg on a whole wheat tortilla and roll it up. Voila! A nutritious breakfast on the go.

4. Banana smoothie: I swear by this one! Blend together a ripe banana, milk (or yoghurt), a spoonful of peanut butter, and a handful of spinach or kale. This green smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with vitamins and minerals. Instead of the greens, you can add oats, almonds and walnuts to make it a protein-packed meal.
5. Avocado toast: Toast a slice of whole wheat bread and spread mashed avocado on top. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. You can also add toppings like sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, or a poached egg for extra flavour and protein. Avocado toast is not only trendy but also a nutritious breakfast option.
Now that you have some quick and healthy breakfast ideas, give each a try one day of the week!
