Sobhita Dhulipala Wows In Sabyasachi Banjara Lehenga At Vizag Wedding Party, Serves Bohemian Style Goals!
A boho soul takes a free-spirited, unconventional, and artistic approach to life. And the gorgeous and style-savvy Sobhita Dhulipala is a boho soul at heart! She displayed her nomad loyalties by picking a bohemian style lehenga from designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee's archival collection for her Vizag wedding party!
Read on to learn more about Sobhita Dhulipala's 'Banjaran Style' Lehenga that gave an ode to her 'offbeat' journey:
The Sabyasachi Chotu Lehenga
The 'Made In Heaven' series star looked stunning in a bohemian lehenga which she labelled as 'chotu lehenga'. The ethnic ensemble exemplified the talented fashion designer's knowledge of heritage and unparallel artistry.
Sobhita's wedding party attire comprised a cropped 'Kanthi' style blouse featuring a round neckline, full sleeves with embroidered cuffs, and a cropped hemline. She matched the choli with a multi-panel lehenga with intricate zardozi threadwork and hand-painted mirrorwork detailing.
The dupatta, which complemented the lehenga, had hand-embroidered borders that mirrored the intricate intricacies of the skirt, giving the whole ensemble a unified and luxurious feel.
Naga Chaitanya's lovely bride captioned her Instagram post defining her Boho-style ensemble - "Pictures from a blurry night in Vizag (We called it Young people's party / YPP. Lol) A Banjara-themed homage to my backpacking days that have shaped the very core of who I am. Archival Sabya for the bohemian soul. I felt seen. Beheld."
Heritage Boho Jewels
Sobhita's ensemble was further elevated by bohemian-themed accessories and styling. She accessorized the lehenga with Chandbalis from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery's East of Bengal collection. These earrings, which were crafted from 22-carat gold, imparted a sense of royal charm.
She wore gold bangles, bracelets, and oxidized silver anklets that combined modernism with tradition in a pleasing way. Her choice of shoes was similarly noteworthy; she wore a pair of embroidered bellies by Sabyasachi Accessories, which were ideal for dancing all night.
Subtle Glam Makeup And Plait
Sobhita chose a subtle yet brilliant makeup style that accentuated her inherent attractiveness. Her earthy ensemble was complimented by brown-hued eyeshadow. Her expressive eyes were framed by Kohl-Lined Eyes and Black Eyeliner, and their beauty was accentuated by mascara-coated lashes. She looked chic with her rouge-tinted cheeks. Her skin looked radiant with a shining finish, and Mocha Brown Lips provided an elegant touch.
A beautiful hairpiece and a parandi with tassels provided a dash of whimsical charm to her plait hairdo. Her engagement ring, a classic representation of love and dedication, completed the ensemble.
Sobhita's "Young People's Party" was more than simply a wedding celebration; it was a tribute to her past backpacking days and the spirit of nomadic living that has influenced who she is. The bohemian motif and Sabyasachi's archival skill brilliantly captured her distinct personality and sense of sense of style.
Her bridal attire was not only unforgettable but also iconic due to the handcrafted embellishments, the intricate tribute to traditional Indian craftsmanship, and the heritage jewellery. Sabyasachi's work represented more than just an ensemble; it was a celebration, a tale, and a window into Sobhita's internal growth. As Sobhita so eloquently put it, she felt "seen" and "beheld" by her boho bridal avatar!
