Tomato Salad Recipes 1 - Avocado, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 2 avocados (sliced)

2. 2 tomatoes (sliced)

3. 1 pound mozzarella (sliced)

4. 1/2 cup basil leaves

5. 1 tsp olive oil

6. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

7. 1 tsp pepper powder

8. Salt to taste


Method:

1. Combine all the sliced ingredients with basil leaves and mix well.

2. Sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

3. Season the salad with a pinch pepper powder and salt.


Tomato Salad Recipes 2 - Tomato, Basil Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 2 Tomatoes (sliced)

2. 1 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped) (mint leaves can also be replaced)

3. Garlic cloves (finely chopped)

4. Balsamic vinegar

5. 1 tsp olive oil

6. 1 tsp pepper powder

7. Salt to taste


Method:

1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes basil leaves and garlic. Mix well.

2. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the mixture.

3. Season with pepper and salt. Tasty tomato salad recipes are ready.
