Ingredients:

  1. 1 bowl of Red Vine Spinach leaves (finely chopped);
  2. ' cup fresh coconut (grated);
  3. 2-3 green chilies (chopped);
  4. 1 ' tsp cumin seeds;
  5. Salt according to taste;
  6. 1 cup thick curds;
  7. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds;
  8. 1 tsp oil;

How To Make Red Vine Spinach Raita?

  1. Cook the chopped leaves in a cooker or a microwave for atleast 10 minutes and strain well.
    ;
  2. To a bowl of curds, add the cooked spinach.
    ;
  3. Fry chilies, coconut and cumins in half a teaspoon of oil. Grind it into thick paste.
    ;
  4. Add the ground paste, salt to the curd mixture. Mix well.;
  5. Fry the mustard seeds in half a teaspoon oil. Tasty red vine spinach raita is ready.;

Serve the tasty and healthy raita with hot pulao or Bisi bele bath. The raita also goes well with hot stuffed paratas and pickles.
