Pomegranate
seeds
25gms
Aam
Papad
(dried
mango
pulp
also
known
as
Mamla)
cut
into
pieces
2tsp
Sugar
1tsp
Chaat
Masala
1tsp
Roasted
Jeera
(Cumin
Seeds)
1tbsp
Chopped
Coriander
Leaves
METHOD:
Whip
the
curd
and
mix
in
the
sugar,
jeera
and
chaat
masala.
Pour it in a serving bowl and mix the pomegranate seeds and the Aam Papad pieces.
Mix gently and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve cold with roti's or rice.
