Colourful Raitha

INGREDIENTS:
150gms Full cream curd
1 cup Pomegranate seeds
25gms Aam Papad (dried mango pulp also known as Mamla) cut into pieces
2tsp Sugar
1tsp Chaat Masala
1tsp Roasted Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

METHOD:
Whip the curd and mix in the sugar, jeera and chaat masala.

Pour it in a serving bowl and mix the pomegranate seeds and the Aam Papad pieces.

Mix gently and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve cold with roti's or rice.
