INGREDIENTS:
250 gms Potatoes
250 gms Yoghurt
150 ml Water
1 tsp Rock Salt
' tsp Red Chili powder
2 tbsp Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter)
' tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ginger, Chopped finely
1 tsp Green Chilies, Chopped finely
1 tsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped finely
METHOD:
Boil the potatoes and either mash them or cut into small cubes. Set aside.
Add the Salt, Red Chili powder and water to the Yogurt and beat it. Heat the Ghee in a pan and add the Cumin seeds.
When they crackle, add the Ginger and saut© for a minute. Add the Green Chilies, stir for a minute and add the diced Potatoes.
Gently toss for two to three minutes and keep stirring. When potatoes are slightly stir fired, remove from heat and add the beaten yogurt mix. Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve with flavored rice, Pulao or Roti's.
