Simple Ways To Make Ghee (Ghee Recipe) -
1. One of the ways to make Ghee is by storing the fresh cream that collects on top of the boiled milk. The cream that is stored can be churned into butter and then boiled to obtain Ghee.
2. The second procedure is by buying the unsalted butter from stores and boiling it until it condenses to the yellow mixture which is ghee.
But often people find it difficult to get the same flavor and aroma than that of the ghee available in stores, for which we will tell you some basic tips and ideas.
Steps To Make Ghee With Aroma -
1. Once the ghee is made, add 2-3 crystals of rock salt. This will help in keeping the ghee fresh forever and will also not allow it to solidify.
2. For the color, you can add a pinch of turmeric, as it is a good disinfectant and a healthy ingredient.
3. For the ghee to smell good, you can add the beetle leaves as it makes the ghee very aromatic without leaving its strong taste. After a few hours the leaf can be removed and mixed with hot plain rice while having meal. Tastes really yum.
4. In Tamil Nadu, curry leaves are added to enhance the flavor of clarified butter.
