Raita is a delicious side dish to beat the summer heat. Yogurt has several health benefits and has a cooling effect. Corn raita recipe:

Ingredients

1 cup boiled sweet corn
2 cup curd
1 onion, finely chopped
3 green chillies, minced
1 tsp cumin seed powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
salt
2 tsp sugar
½ cup water
coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions to make corn raita recipe:

1. Whisk curd with water until smooth.
2. Now add all the ingredients except coriander leaves. Mix well.
3. Pour in bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Corn raita is ready to eat. You can serve it chilled by refrigerating for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy your chapatis with this cold and healthy raita.
