Most of us have tried the chinese fried rice. But have you ever tried south indian fried rice?
Well, today we will teach you how to make south india fried rice.
South Indian Fried Rice Recipe can be eaten either for luch or for breakfast. As it contains vegetables it is highly nutritious.

Rice is the main source of food for south indians. So, here is a different rice recipe that you ought to try today. Tomato sauce tastes awesome with this recipe.

Serves : 3
Preperation time : 15 min
Cooking time : 20 min
Ingredients
- Basumathi Rice - 500 gms
- Capsicum - 1 cup finely chopped
- Onion - 1 cup finely chopped
- Carrot - 1 cup finely chopped
- Ring Beans - 1 cup finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 cup finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 5 to 6
- Cashew - 10
- Cardamom - 3 to 4
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp
- Corainder - 8 to 10 strands
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- In the pressure cooker add oil. Wait until it is heated.
- Add finely chopped onions, wait for two min.
- Add cumin seeds, turmeric , cardomom, cashews, ginger garlic paste and green chilli.
- Now add carrot, capsicum, tomato and finely chopped ring beans. Saute it well.
- Now add tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Saute it well.
- Add water and let it boil.
- Now add basumathi rice and add water accordingly.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Now add salt to taste.
- Close the lid of the cooker and wait for three whistle.
- After the cooker cools down, open the lid.
- Add coriander leaf and mix it well.
- Special south Indian fried rice recipe is ready.
