Tomato Garlic Chutney: Indian Style!

Tomato garlic chutney, Indian recipe:
Ingredients
3-4 large garlic cloves
2-3 tomatoes
1 dried red chilli
1 tsp ginger
4-5 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
' or 1 tsp red chilli powder
salt
oil/ghee
Directions to make tomato garlic chutney recipe:
1. Grind tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chillies, dried red chilli to make a thick paste.
2. Heat ghee/oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to sparkle, add the garlic tomato paste and mix well. Add salt to it.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes till it becomes red in colour.
Tomato garlic chutney, the Indian recipe is ready. You can store in refrigerator for 6-7 days.
