Raw Mango Chutney With A Twist!

Try making this raw mango chutney and surprise your mom, this summers.
Ingredients:
Raw
Mangoes
–
4
to
5
pieces
Jaggery
Salt
–
1
table
spoon
Red
Chillie
Powder
-
'
table
spoon
How
To
Prepare:
Peel
the
raw
mangoes
and
cut
into
pieces.
Do
not
throw
the
seed.
Boil
the
mango
pieces
along
with
the
seeds
in
a
pressure
cooker.
When
done,
mash
the
mangoes
and
make
a
pulp.
Add
salt
and
red
chillie
powder
Add
jaggery
till
its
sweet.
Cool the chutney and enjoy it with parathas or pakoras.
