Ingredients:
1 Cup Bengal Gram
"' Cup Black split Gram
15 Red Chilies
"' Cup Dry Coconut
Little Tamarind
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Oil
A pinch of Asafoetida
Few Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Method:
Fry Red Chilies. Fry Bengal Gram and Black Gram separately.
Powder the Dry Coconut. Grind Bengal Gram, Urad Dal, Salt and Tamarind and Red Chilies.
Mix the Coconut powder to the Gram powders. Prepare a seasoning with Oil, Hing, Curry leaves, Mustard seeds.
Immediately add the powder and mix well.
Serve with Dosa, Idli, Chapathi's or Rice along with Ghee or Oil.
