If you want to prepare this yummy and easy chutney, you should know that going easy on the ginger is important. Ginger coconut chutney is also the best for old folks as ginger provides an easier access to digestion. Consuming this ingredient in the morning will also keep away bad breath.

Ingredients
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Ginger - 2 pcs (skinned and washed)
- Green chillies - 3 (sliced)
- Tamarind - 2 pinches
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Procedure
- Take a mixer and add in all the ingredients to it.
- Grind the ingredients except the oil into a coarse paste.
- If the paste gets a little too thick, add in a little water to the paste to thin it.
- When done, add in the oil to the chutney.
- Using a spoon, mix it well.
