Paneer Dosa Filling Recipe
Dosa is the staple and filling breakfast dish in southern states of India. Dosa are the Indian pancakes which are healthy, filling and a perfect breakfast recipe for many people. It is prepared with the rice batter and often stuffed with many masalas. From plain aloo to the paneer dosa filling, there are many creative ways to make the dosa recipe delicious.
Paneer dosa is filling and easy to prepare recipe. If you are planning to try some different stuffed dosas for breakfast, then here is the paneer dosa recipe. The dosa is prepared in the usual style. The only changed thing here is the stuffing. The paneer dosa filling basically consists of grated paneer (cottage cheese), onions and spices. Take a look.
Paneer Dosa Filling Recipe:

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Paneer- 1 cup
- Onions- 2 (sliced)
- Green chillies- 3 (chopped)
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1tsp
- Tomato- 1 (chopped) optional
- Salt- as per taste
- Cumin seeds- a pinch
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
- Cut the paneer into cubes and mash it with the back of a spoon.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Season it with cumin seeds.
- When the seeds start to splutter, add the onions and cook on a medium flame till it turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes. Cook on a medium flame till the tomato pieces become tender and look cooked.
- Now add the paneer and mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Cook on a low flame for about 4-5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame.
The paneer dosa filling is ready. Use it as a stuffing in dosa and serve this breakfast dish hot with chutney and sambar.
