Oatmeal Dosa Recipe For Healthy Morning

Here is the oatmeal dosa recipe to try out, take a look:

Serves: 3
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Rice Flour - 1/ 4 cup
  • Sooji - ¼ cup
  • Curd - ½ cup
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil for frying

Procedure

  1. You first need to combine all the ingredients which is oats, rice flour, sooji, curd, pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix it well. Add a good amount of water to prepare the dosa like batter. After it is done, keep it aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Now heat a frying pan. Grease it with a little oil. When the oil is hot, take a ladle full of the batter and pour it on the tho tava. Spread the batter in a circular motion. Make sure that you spread the batter properly onto the pan so that there are no lumps formed.
  3. Now apply oil on the sides of the oatmeal dosa. Turn on the other side once it is cooked. Once it is done with the cooking, remove from the tava and keep it aside. Repeat the same procedure until you are done with the batter.

Your oatmeal dosa is now ready to eat. You can enjoy this lovely recipe along with a spicy chutney to enhance the taste.
