Macaroni With Spinach

200 Gm. Macaroni
1 Cup Palak/Spinach
' Cup Mushrooms, sliced
' Cup Paneer/Cottage Cheese, grated
2 tbsp Onion
4 tbsp Garlic, chopped
4 Tomatoes, blanched
' Cut Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp. Pepper, grounded
Oil
Method:
Boil Macaroni with Oil and lots of water. Drain it. Heat Oil, add Onions and Mushrooms and stir. Add Palak and mix well. Add Paneer, Salt and mix well.
Add little water and mix. Remove this in a baking dish. Heat 1' tbsp of Oil. Add Garlic, blanched Tomatoes, Tomato Ketchup, boiled Macaroni and Salt and mix well. Add Pepper and mix well.
Preheat the oven.
Remove the macaroni over the palak mixture and garnish with cheese. Keep in the oven until the cheese melts.
