Coconut Oil Malt Recipe For A Healthy Breakfast -
Ingredients:
1. 2 ripe bananas
2. 1/2 cup oat flakes
3. 1 cup skimmed milk
4. 1/2 cup cashews
5. 1-2 tsp coconut oil, melted
6. Pinch of cinnamon powder
7. 1 tsp vanilla
8. 1 tsp honey/ dates syrup
Coconut Oil Malt Preparation:
1. Add all the above ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour the malt into a glass and relish the healthy recipe.
This healthy coconut oil malt recipe can be a substitute for breakfast. Provides good energy and nutrition for both school and college going students.
