Grilled Potatoes In Lemony Dressing – Zesty Recipe

Ingredients for the grilled potatoes recipe:
- 8 medium sized potatoes, sliced thickly
- ¼ mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard (you can also use Dijon mustard)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Ingredients for the grilled potato's lemony dressing:
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- Grated rind of ' lemon
- 2 tsps mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard (you can also use Dijon mustard)
- Freshly crushed pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method to prepare grilled potatoes in lemony dressing:
- Prepare the lemon dressing first.
- To do this, whisk all the lemon dressing ingredients in a bowl. Note to add the olive oil first and then add the mayonnaise.
- Cover the bowl with a cling paper and refrigerate it.
- Take a large pan of water and add salt to it and boil. Add the potato slices and continue boiling on a low heat. (for about 20 minutes)
- Meanwhile arrange paper towels on a baking tray.
- Check if potatoes are tender and transfer them to baking sheet.
- Mix mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and required salt in a bowl and mix the cooled potato slices well in this mixture.
- Heat a grill (gas or charcoal).
- Arrange the potatoes and flip over after they turn brown.
- Serve hot, grilled potatoes in lemony dressing.
This grilled potatoes in lemony dressing recipe is an easy snack recipe and is perfect for a pool side party too.
