Indian Style Espresso Coffee Recipe
The aroma and flavour of a freshly brewed cup of hot coffee is always mesmerising. We all love to relax and freshen our mood with a cup of coffee. However, it is said that coffee is not good for the health. Let me clear it out, over-consumption of coffee can lead to caffeine poisoning. So, consume in limited amounts to enjoy this refreshing hot beverage.
There are many coffee recipes across the world that change the flavour and appearance of the hot beverage. If you love coffee and want to add some Indian touch to the recipe, then try this espresso. This Indian style espresso coffee is made by whisking coffee powder with sugar. Then the frothy and fluffy paste is mixed with milk and then garnished with chocolate powder. Indian Style Espresso Coffee With Chocolates Recipe:

Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5-8 minutes
Ingredients
1. Coffee powder- 1tsp
2. Sugar- 1tsp
3. Milk- 1 cup
4. Water- 1tbsp
5. Chocolate powder- a pinch
Procedure
1. In a cup, add coffee powder and sugar. Pour little hot water and whisk well. You can either use a spoon or electronic beater.
2. Whisk till the paste becomes light brown and fluffy. When the froth starts forming, stop whisking.
3. Heat milk in a deep bottomed pan. When it becomes steaming hot, pour it into the cup.
4. The coffee will look frothy from the top.
5. Sprinkle chocolate powder.
Indian style espresso coffee with chocolates is ready. Serve this hot beverage hot.
