Ingredients
- Cucumber- 1 (sliced and peeled)
- Ginger- 1 medium piece
- Sugar- 1tsp
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Black salt- ½ tsp
- Water- 1 cup
Procedure
1.
Blend
the
cucumber
slices,
ginger
and
water
in
blender.
Make
a
fine
paste.
2.
Dilute
the
mixture
with
more
water
if
needed.
3.
Transfer
the
juice
to
a
big
bowl
and
add
black
salt,
sugar
and
cumin
powder
to
it.
Mix
well.
4.
Pour
the
juice
in
glasses
and
serve.
