Vegetable Manchurian: Crisp Starters Recipe
Vegetable manchurian recipe:

tbsp
soy
sauce

tsp
sugar
salt

tsp
black
pepper
powder
ajinomoto
chopped
coriander
leaves
oil
Directions to make vegetable manchurian recipe:
1. In a bowl, add the grated cabbage and carrots. Squeeze out the excess water from them and then add corn flour, salt and green chillies. Mix well and make small round balls in the shape of manchurian or kofta.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and the deep fry the balls till it becomes golden brown in colour. Drain and keep the fried manchurian balls aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp pil in a pan and then add garlic and green chillies. Add spring onions and fry them for a minute. Now add salt, black pepper, sugar, soy sauce, ajinomoto and water. Bring it to boil to make a thick gravy.
4. Mix 1 tbsp corn flour in water and pour in the mixture. Now dip the fried manchurian balls in it. Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes and then put it off flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Vegetable manchurian, the vegetarian starters recipe is ready to eat. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
