Iftaar Snacks: Chicken And Cheese Pakora
During the month of Ramadan, preparing snacks for iftaar can be a tedious job if you have limited time left to break the fast. However, you can make some easy and healthy iftaar snacks within a limited time. This yummy cheese and chicken pakora is very nutritious and tasty.
Iftaar Snacks: Crispy French Fries
It is a tasty and a creative way to present chicken in the form of pakoras. Even your kids will love eating it. You can make it more healthy by frying them in olive oil.

Have a look at how to prepare these yummy chicken cheese pakoras. Serves: 5
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Chicken breast: 250 gm
Boiled rice: 300 gm
Green coriander: 1 bunch
Green chillies: 5 to 6
Grated Cheese: 200 gm
Red chillies flakes: 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste: 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Eggs: 5
Bread Crumbs: 6 tablespoons
Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Quick Meetha Samosa Recipe For Iftar

Method Of Preparation
1. Put the chicken in a grinder and make a paste of it after taking the all bones out with a knife.
2. Mix together the chicken paste, grated cheese and boiled rice. Mash them well with your hand so as to form a uniform mixture.
3. Put this mixture through blender along with coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli flakes, green chillies, turmeric, baking soda and eggs.
4. Make small round balls of the mixture.
5. Take bread crumbs in a bowl and roll the balls in it, so that the bread crumbs form an outer coating on the balls.
6. Deep fry them until they are golden brown.
7. Serve with sauce or peanut chutney.
