Quick Meetha Samosa Recipe For Iftar
Method
Of
Preparation
1.
Put
the
chicken
in
a
grinder
and
make
a
paste
of
it
after
taking
the
all
bones
out
with
a
knife.
2.
Mix
together
the
chicken
paste,
grated
cheese
and
boiled
rice.
Mash
them
well
with
your
hand
so
as
to
form
a
uniform
mixture.
3.
Put
this
mixture
through
blender
along
with
coriander,
ginger
garlic
paste,
salt,
chilli
flakes,
green
chillies,
turmeric,
baking
soda
and
eggs.
4.
Make
small
round
balls
of
the
mixture.
5.
Take
bread
crumbs
in
a
bowl
and
roll
the
balls
in
it,
so
that
the
bread
crumbs
form
an
outer
coating
on
the
balls.
6.
Deep
fry
them
until
they
are
golden
brown.
7.
Serve
with
sauce
or
peanut
chutney.
