Ingredients for Chicken Pakora Recipe:
1. Chicken boneless 250 grams (chopped finely)
2. Onions 2
3. Garlic 6 cloves
4. Ginger 1 medium sized piece
5. Green Chillies 4 (chopped)
6. Ground Pepper 2 teaspoons
7. Corn flour 4 tablespoons
8. Bread crumbs
9. Oil 4 tablespoons
10. Salt to taste
Procedure for Chicken Pakora Recipe:
- Mince the chicken using the mincing blade of your Mixer-grinder. If you don't have it, then chop the boneless chicken pieces finely with a chopping knife.
- Now grind the onions, garlic, ginger and minced or finely chopped chicken together in the grinder.
- Mix the chopped green chillies into the mixture.
- Add salt and the ground pepper to this mixture.
- Stir in the corn flour slowly. You can also try flattening the corn flour by mixing it with half a cup of water and then pouring it into the mixture.
- Corn flour will give the mixture a thick and dense consistency.
- Now you can make small balls out of it and roll them in bread crumbs. Don't make the balls very large because the core might remain uncooked if you do so.
- Heat oil in a deep pan as you need to deep fry these balls.
- Start frying only when the oil is steaming hot.
Your crispy chicken pakoras are ready to eat. Serve it with your choice of sauces or chutneys.
