Sweet Corn Masala Chaat In 5 Minutes!

During monsoons, you always feel like having something spicy and fried. You can have pakoras or street chaats. Corn is a monsoon special, so include this snack for celebrating the season of rain and romance! Sweet corn masala is a yummy chaat that is sweet, salty and sour. On a rainy evening, you can have this chaat. This recipe can be made within 5 minutes!

Ingredients

cup
sweet
corn,
boiled
2
tsp
chopped
onions
1
tsp
tomato,
finely
chopped
2
½
tsp
fresh
lemon
juice
2
tsp
chaat
masala
salt
1
tsp
tamarind
water
(soak
tamarind
in
water
overnight
and
then
squeeze
the
tamarind
pieces)
Directions to make sweet corn masala chaat:
- In a bowl, mix boiled sweet corn with onion and tomato.
- Take lemon juice, chaat masala, salt and tamarind water in the bowl. Mix well till the spices mix with the corn pieces.
- Serve in small cups or a bowl.
