Ingredients:
Puffed rice (Murmura/Moori) – 2 cups
Roasted peanuts – 4 table spoon
Onions – 2 pieces
Tomatoes – 1 piece
Potatoes – 2 pieces
Green Chillies – 4 or 5
Refine – 1 table spoon
Mustard Oil – 1 table spoon
Lemon – 1 or 2
How to prepare:
Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Keep them aside
Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies into small pieces
Fry the onions in refine
When brown, add the green chillies and the tomatoes
Add the potatoes and stir
To this add the roasted peanuts and the puffed rice
Add salt, raw mustard oil and lemon juice and mix it well
To enjoy the crispy puffed rice, serve immediately. Keeping it for a long time would make the puffed rice soggy and spoil the fun.
