Soya Bean Kebab Recipe For Vegans
Kebab recipes are usually a meaty affair. The fact remains that most kebab recipes contain meat or non-vegetarian ingredients. But vegetarians do not have to compromise with their taste buds anymore. The soya bean kebab recipe gives a vegetarian kebab that is absolutely delicious. The soya bean kebab recipes is perfect for vegans as well. This is because soya chunks are used in this kebab recipe.
Now vegans are people who do even eat milk products. So soya bean kebab recipe gives you vegetarian kebabs that can also be enjoyed by vegans. Besides, the soya bean kebab recipe is frightfully easy to prepare. All you need for this kebab recipe is some soya chunks. Add some 'tarkadar' Indian spices to the soya and you have your soya bean kebab recipe ready in minutes.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Soya chunks- 10 (large)
- Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Green chillies- 4
- Onion- 1
- Coriander leaves- 1 stalk
- Curd- 2tbsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1tsp
- Pepper powder- 1 tsp
- Salt- as pet taste
- Oil- 2tbsp
Procedure
- Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes. Then drain away the water and keep the soya chunks aside.
- Rub some ginger-garlic paste and salt on the soya chunks.
- Make a paste out of onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Mix this paste with curd and whisk the mixture.
- Pour this marinade over the soya chunks. Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
- Pre heat the micro-oven to 200 degrees.
- Now place the marinated soya chunks on a baking dish. Pour the extra marinade over it.
- Brush some oil on the soya chunks.
- Grill for 10 minutes in on 60 per cent power.
- Keep turning the soya chunks around after about 3-4 minutes.
Serve soya bean kebabs hot with salad and onion rings.
