Latkes Recipe – Hanukkah Recipe

Ingredients:

1.3 Potatoes (mashed and peeled)

2.1 tsp onion paste

3.3 eggs (beaten)

4.2 tsp flour (all purpose)

5.Salt to taste

6.Peanut oil (frying)

Method:

1.Wring out as much as moisture possible from potatoes using a clean cloth.

2.In a bowl, blend potatoes, onions, egg beat , all purpose flour and salt well.

3.Add peanut oil into a pan and heat it on a medium flame.

4.After the oil is hot, add a spoonful of potato mixture pressing down on them into patties and fry until golden brown. Set aside the potato patties and drain the extra oil using paper towels. Serve the tasty Latkes recipe hot with sauce.
