Oysters In Mushroom Sauce For Valentine
Aphrodisiac recipes are those that induce physical love in your body. Oysters in mushroom sauce is one such Valentine's Day recipe that will help you get intimate with your partner. You are actually using two aphrodisiacs in the recipe for oysters in mushroom sauce. Yes, both oysters and mushrooms are very potent aphrodisiacs.
So if you are looking for a recipe to try on Valentine's day, it should be oysters in mushroom sauce. This dish is actually a Chinese style recipe that uses a soy flavour. You can also add some herbs like rosemary and thyme to increase the potency of this aphrodisiac recipe.

Ingredients
- Oysters- 10 (shells removed)
- Mushrooms- 10 (diced)
- Onions- 2 (diced)
- Garlic- 6 (minced)
- Green chillies- 3 (minced)
- Tomato- 1 (diced)
- Red bell peppers- 1/2 (diced)
- Green bell peppers- 1/2 (diced)
- Soy sauce- 1tbsp
- Pepper- 1/2tsp
- Asparagus- 2 sprigs (chopped)
- Butter- 1tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Melt the butter in a deep bottomed pan. Add onions to it and saute for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
- Now add the oysters and mushrooms. Saute for another 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
- Spice it up with minced garlic and chillies. Cook for 2 minutes on a low flame.
- Add the diced bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Now add diced tomatoes, sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover and cook for around 4-5 minutes on a low flame.
- Add soy sauce and mix it up properly with all the ingredients. You can also add a cup of water if it is too dry.
- Add asparagus to get herb based flavour in the oysters in mushroom sauce. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes more.
You can have the oysters in mushroom sauce as a platter or enjoy it with Chinese fried rice.
