You Will Need
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Onions - 4 (chopped)
- Capsicum - 3 ( chopped)
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Ghasghas powder - 1 tsp
- Green Chillies - 4 (sliced)
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - few (chopped finely)
Procedure
1. Clean the chicken well with water. Add in salt , chili powder, turmeric, curd, ginger garlic paste & marinate for 5 minutes. Keep it aside in room temperature.
2. Now boil the marinated chicken or pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
3. Take a pan and drop in a little oil. Now add in the bay leaf, chopped onions, sliced green chillies, chopped capsicum and a little more salt to taste.
4. Now add to the pan the boiled or pressure cooked chicken and fry it well with the masala.
5. Now add the ghasghas powder, pepper powder & fry it properly on a low flame.
6. When done, sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over the chicken fry.

Try not to pressure cook the chicken. Boiling the chicken is better as the ingredients gets absorbed in the meat.
