Healthy Chicken Chaat Recipe
Usually, we do not consider chaats as healthy snacks. However, you can always make a dish healthy by using the right ingredients in it. That is why, this chicken chaat recipe, which we are discussing today, can actually be a low fat snacks for weight watchers. Chicken chaat is an Indian recipe and has the zing of Indian spices in it. However, it is also a very healthy chicken dish that can help you lose weight.
Chicken chaat recipe will give you a healthy snack to satiate your late evening hunger pangs. You need to use boiled chicken, chaat masala and some veggies to make this dish really yummy and sumptuous. The best thing about this chicken chaat is that is not too heavy to ruin your appetite for dinner. That is why, you can try the chicken chaat recipe as a perfect evening snack for
your family.

Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless)- 250 grams
- Onions- 1 (sliced)
- Carrots- 1 (cut into small pieces)
- Tomatoes- 1 (chopped)
- Broccoli- 100 grams (chopped)
- Lemon juice- 2tbsp
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Coriander sprigs- 2 (chopped)
- White pepper- ½ tsp
- Chaat masala- 1tsp
- Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Black salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Boil the chicken and broccoli in a pressure cooker for the duration of 2 whistles.
- You can strain the chicken and broccoli pieces.
- Save the stock for preparing stew or stock for later.
- While the chicken boils, chop the rest of vegetables and spices.
- Take a salad plate and keep the chicken and broccoli pieces on it.Add onions, tomatoes and carrots from the top.
- Drizzle some lemon juice on the chicken veggies.
- Now season the dish with white pepper, black salt and chaat masala.
- Mix up the spices with your fingers.
- Use the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to garnish the chicken chaat.
- You can enjoy chicken chaat as a snack with juice or your evening cup of tea.
