Chicken Noodle Recipe: Restaurant Style

Chicken Noodle Recipe: Restaurant Style

Servings: 4 persons
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

All You Need

  • Boneless chicken - 1 cup (cut into halves)
  • Chicken hakka noodles - 2 cups
  • Carrots - 1 cups (chopped)
  • Bell pepper - 1 cup (chopped
  • White spring onions - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green spring onions - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Cloves - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green chillies - 1 cup (slit)
  • Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • A pinch of white pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Procedure
1. You begin by first cleaning the chicken under running water. When done, boil in sufficient amount of water for about 6-7 minutes.
2. Drain and keep it aside.
3. Now boil the noodles in water and drain it using a colander. Refresh the noodles with cold water and keep it aside.
4. Now, heat oil in a big non-stick wok.
5. Add to the hot oil, chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute the ingredients for few seconds.
6. Add in the chopped white onions, carrots and bell pepper. Fry.
7. Now, stir fry the contents on medium high flame.
8. Add to the ingredients, salt and white pepper powder. Give it a good mix.
9. Add to the wok - boiled chicken, soy sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. Again give it a slight stir.
10. Mix the chicken with the veggies.
11. When the vegetables seems half cooked, add in the boiled noodles.
12. Stir well. Finally add green spring onions.
13. Mix the noodles.

This yummy dish is not good for people who are trying to lose weight. It contains a ton of calories.
