Stuffed Egg With Mayonnaise Recipe
Egg is one of the most healthy superfoods. It can be used to prepare breakfast, lunch and even snacks. Regardless of the cuisine, there are some sumptuous recipes that are prepared using eggs. Egg recipes are loved by kids as well. So, you can prepare omelette, egg curry or some stuffed egg recipe to treat the family members with the healthy superfood. Stuffed eggs are a delicious snack which can be prepared easily. You scoop out the yellow yolk from the boiled egg and stuff the egg white with some tasty stuffing.
Here is a delicious stuffed egg and mayonnaise recipe which is tasty, filling and healthy too.
Stuffed Eggs With Mayonnaise And Veggies Recipe:

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1. Eggs- 4 (boiled)
2. Mayonnaise- 1tbsp
3. Capsicum- 1 (chopped)
4. Carrot- 1 (shredded)
5. Onion- 1 (chopped)
6. Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
7. Black pepper- 1tsp (grounded)
8. Salt- as per taste
9. Coriander leaves- for garnishing
Procedure
1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into two halves using a thread or knife.
2. Scoop out the yolk from the boiled eggs and keep them aside.
3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with capsicum, onion, carrot and green chillies.
4. Whisk properly and then add black pepper and salt.
5. Now using a small spoon, stuff the egg whites with the mix.
Stuffed eggs with mayonnaise is ready to eat. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
