Castor oil is rich in omega fatty acids and is one of the richest oils to be used as an under-eye cream. It gets deeply penetrated into the skin.


12. Baby Oil:

If you don't have anything else, good old baby oil does the trick to work as an excellent ingredient that can be used just like an under-eye cream..
