For decades, women across the globe have relied on spices to achieve a flawless and ageless skin. Sans chemicals and side effects, spices have always proven to be a great asset for skin.

There are a plethora of ways in which turmeric can be applied on to the skin. However, it acts in the most efficient way when combined with honey.

Just make a paste of honey and turmeric. Apply it gently on to your skin. Let it stay for about 20-25 minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water. This is the easiest way to get a natural glow on your face.

This is one spice you must incorporate in your daily routine. You can mix cinnamon powder with honey. Apply it on your face and massage in a circular motion. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash your face with warm water.

Follow it up by washing your face with cold water. This will impart a natural glow on your face.

Just soak a teaspoon of fennel seeds in a cup of water and then dab the water on your face with a cotton ball. You can do this every day for noticeable effects.

There are various recipes you can try as well. The easiest of the lot is to mix fresh ginger juice with 1 tablespoon of honey and use a cotton pad to dab it lightly on your face. You can rinse thoroughly after 30 minutes.
