Here Is How You Can Use Mango Mask To Get Radiant Skin
It's the season of mangoes, the fruit that is often referred to as the king of fruits. It isn't just the aromatic fragrance that attracts one and all, but also its innumerable health benefits, especially for the skin, which makes mango a must take-home fruit, especially when it's in season. It nourishes and rejuvenates the skin giving that perfect radiance, which every female aspires to have.
Mangoes are cultivated across the globe with a major share of cultivation found in India with innumerable varieties. Apart from just consuming the mangoes, it also gives best results when applied on to your skin. Also, the mango peel is rich in phytonutrients and also antioxidants, like the carotenoids and polyphenols, which are the major sources of nutrients, helping you in getting a clear, beautiful and radiant skin.
So, what are the ingredients in mango that help rejuvenate the skin? Well, mango is rich in antioxidants, vitamin A (one of the chief health supplements for maintaining healthy skin), vitamin B, vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium and fibre. Nourishment:
To
prepare
a
mango
mask
for
skin
nourishment,
take
a
tablespoon
of
mango
pulp,
add
a
tablespoon
of
coconut
oil
and
two
tablespoons
of
mashed
avocado.
Mix
all
these
until
you
get
a
smooth
mask.
Apply
this
mask
on
your
face
and
keep
it
on
for
about
15
minutes.
Once
dry,
rinse
it
with
cold
water
for
an
excellent
nourished
feel.
Mango
Mask
For
Dry
Skin:
Mango
mask
also
has
the
answer
for
dry
skin.
Take
one
tablespoon
of
mango
pulp,
one
teaspoon
of
honey
and
one
teaspoon
of
yogurt.
Mix it for a while, until you feel that the ingredients have combined well. Apply the mask on your face and keep it on for about 15 minutes or so. When you feel the mask has dried, using a wet warm towel, clean off the mask. Then rinse with cold water.

glowing
skin,

one
tablespoon
of
mango
pulp

oatmeal;
and
then
mix
it
thoroughly.

Rinse
it
with
little
warm
water
first
and
then
with
cold
water
to
notice
excellent
results.

skin
cleanser.
For
this,
one
just
needs

cut
mangoes
into
thin
slices

place
them

slices
on
for
about
15
minutes
and
then
wash
your
face
with
some
cool
running
water.

Acne:
Mangoes
are

cure
acne,
as
they
help
open
up
the
clogged
pores
in
the
skin.
In
order
to
treat
acne,
you
just
need
to
scoop
out
the
mango
pulp
and
apply
it
on
to
the
skin
and
gently
massage
in
a
circular
motion.
Keep
doing
this
for
about
10-12
minutes
and
then
rinse
it
off
with
some
clean
running
water.
