Saif Ali Khan was seen as a romantic hero until the success of 'Dil Chahta Hai'. But after 2001, the doors to being a comic hero were opened to him. His ragged jeans jackets, head bands, bandanna in 'Hum Tum' and the urbane New Yorker look in "Kal Ho Na Ho' were much appreciated.
