Remember, a few simple things can make waking up a lot more easier for you. Always keep a bottle of water next to your bed side. This would ensure that you wake up feeling fresh.

Try to make it a habit to keep drinking water throughout the night. It is a difficult habit to get into, but once you get into it, this habit is difficult to get rid of.

Also, a few basic tools are all you need to make you look and feel fresh early in the morning.
