It is often really difficult to figure out which nude lipstick to go for, and that is why, it is suggested that you NEVER buy a nude lipstick online. You need to try it out before you buy it.

With us Indians, there is often a risk of the nude lipstick washing us out. You can't just go into a store and decide to buy a lipstick without trying it first, and also, if a certain nude lipstick looks good on fairer skin tones, it does not guarantee that it would look good on you.

That is why, it is really important to be careful when picking out a nude lipstick. Because everyone needs a signature nude lipstick that they can use on a regular basis. Here's how to pick the nude lipstick for your skin tone.

For people with fair skin tones, you should go for a two shades above your actual skin tone because you don't want to look like you've applied your foundation to your lips. Light brown and dusty pinks work best in such cases.

Go for a light baby pink colour if your skin is pale, if the nude is too light, you'd risk looking like a zombie or maybe even ill.
