Haircare Tips: Suffering From Split Ends? 6 Homemade Hair Mask For Split Ends
A split end indicates that your hair has been damaged. In addition to lack of vitamins and minerals in the diet, excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, not cleaning the hair properly, excessive use of shampoos, chemical treatments, and hair washings on a regular basis can also contribute to split ends of hair [1].

These factors weaken the hair shaft and make it prone to breakage, leading to split ends. This can also result in dryness, brittleness and dullness of the hair.
You can solve split ends by making hair masks from some household ingredients. The following are some masks to solve the problem:
6 Homemade Hair Mask For Split Ends
1. Egg and curd mask:
To make this mask, take 2 eggs and 2 tbsp curd. Separate the yellow part of the egg and mix the egg white and curd well. Keep this mixture on the hair for 15 minutes and then wash it with a mild shampoo. Do this twice a week.
2. Avocado and banana mask:
Take one avocado and one banana. Mash the banana and avocado and make a paste. Apply this paste to the hair and wash it with lukewarm water after 15-20 minutes.
3. Coconut oil and olive oil mask:
For this, take 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix both these oils and apply them on the hair, especially on the ends of the hair. After this, make a braid or bun and put on a shower cap. After half an hour wash your hair with cold water.

4. Oatmeal, milk and honey mask:
For this, take three cups of oats, one cup of milk, one or two tablespoons of coconut oil, and one teaspoon of honey. Mix the uncooked oats and milk in a bowl. After this add honey, then coconut oil. Apply this mixture to the hair and scalp. Keep it on for 20-30 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water later.
5. Aloe vera and honey mask:
For this, take two-three leaves of aloe vera and take out its gel. You can also buy aloe vera gel. Add some honey to it. Apply this mixture to your hair. It sounds a bit sticky but the results are amazing. Leave this gel on the hair for 30-40 minutes. After this, wash your hair with lukewarm water. You can also use a mild shampoo to wash your hair.

6. Chamomile tea:
For this, take two tea bags of chamomile tea and water. Boil water and put tea bags in boiling water. Let it cool for some time. This water can be used later to wash the hair. You can also massage the hair with chamomile oil.
