Unknown Benefits Of Amla Oil For Healthy Hair
Everyone has hair problems these days. It might be due to unhealthy eating habits, high levels of stress and pollution, or just not caring about your hair enough. After all, who has the time to do so much to maintain hair? But there is an amazing oil that has a lot of benefits for hair. That is, amla oil.
We see this ingredient in a lot of shampoos in stores. But, of course, it is best used in its oil form. Oiling is extremely beneficial for the hair. Massaging warm oil on the scalp ensures good blood circulation, which in turn strengthens the roots and promotes hair growth. Massaging is one of the simplest home remedies you can do with amla oil and grow hair naturally.
Amla is also known as Indian gooseberry. It has been famous world over and has been used by Indians since generations. It is rich in vitamin C, which helps in a great way to get healthy, long hair. Amla is an ingredient used in many hair packs along with henna and other ingredients. So, keep reading if you want to know of ways to get healthy hair using amla oil!

For Hair Fall
To reduce hair fall, add a few drops of amla oil into your shampoo. Do this every time you shampoo. This makes sure that the shampoo does not over dry the scalp and cause breakage.

For Shiny Hair
After you shampoo your hair, dilute a few drops of amla oil by mixing it with water, and apply it as a leave in serum. It is much safer to use than store bought serums which contain chemicals and it also benefits the hair.

For Rough Hair
In the shower, apply a little amla oil to your hair ends after shampooing. This makes the ends moisturised and also makes sure that the hair is not greasy. It would get greasy if you apply the oil to dry hair, rather than wet hair.

Grey Hair
Amla oil can be a remedy against premature greying. It has been used for centuries in masks and even on its own, to stop early greying. Massaging your scalp with amla oil will ensure the greys don't show up till they need to.

For Dandruff
This is one of the most important home remedies using amla oil as way too many people suffer from itchy, dry scalp full of flakes. Amla oil cools down the scalp and reduces itching a lot. Make sure the oil sits on your scalp for at least an hour before you wash it off.

For Split Ends
Amla oil is an excellent home remedy for hair that has a lot of split ends. Just warm a little amla oil in your palms and apply it to the ends of your hair. Do this every day and you'll see fewer split ends forming. However, this would not repair older split ends.

For Frizzy Hair
And, of course, massage your scalp with warm amla oil before washing it, to make sure that your hair is smooth and silky after the wash. This really works. In fact, this is the best way to use amla oil for healthy hair. Nothing beats the good old hot oil 'champi'.
