You Won't Believe How This Firming Mask Works On Saggy Stomach!
DIY mask for tight, toned, and taut stomach!
After hours spent sweating in the gym and saying a "NO" to our favourite cheese burst pizza, and diligently taking the flight of stairs at work, still that stubborn tire around the tummy won't budge, does it? You need a little more!
And don't worry, we are not here to coax you to go into another crazy crash diet, which will pretty-much starve you; however, we are here to talk about an amazing DIY mask for saggy stomach that is the talk of the town these days!

Fact check: No, this herbal firming mask will not give you overnight results. And no, just lathering up the mask will not burn all that fat deposits.
To get optimum results out of this mask, you need to continue sweating out in the gym and going easy on those calorie-loaded foods. What it does is firm up your skin, tighten that flabby rolls, to give you more tight, toned, and taut stomach.
The natural ingredients included in this mask to tighten skin are witch hazel, coffee beans, black tea, almond oil and clay.
Witch hazel has astringent properties that tone and tighten skin. Tannin present in coffee beans dilates blood vessels, tightening the skin tissue.
Packed with an antioxidant called polyphenols, black tea flushes out the toxins and promotes skin regeneration. And almond oil is rich in Vitamin E, which nourishes the skin, and the clay cleanses the skin of impurities and dead cells.
Now, here are the steps to make this Ayurvedic mask for skin firming.
Step 1:

Using the coffee beans, brew a cup of coffee and keep it aside to cool. Do the same for black tea. Avoid adding sugar or other ingredients to both the solutions.
Step 2:

Take a bowl, add 1 cup of clay powder and ½ a cup of black tea. Using a spoon, stir it together.
Step 3:

Add 1 tablespoon of coffee and an equal amount of almond oil to the mixture. For that added moisture, you can also add olive oil to the mask, as it has excellent humectant properties.
Step 4:

Keep stirring the mask, until you get a paste-like consistency. If the mask is too dry, you can add more coffee, until you get the desired consistency.
Step 5:

If you want a gritty paste for the exfoliating effect, you can add coffee bean powder, instead of brewed version. It will give you a smooth and clear skin, while tightening the area.
Step 6:

Apply a thin coat of the mask on to the stomach. Let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Scrub and rinse it off with cold water.
Step 7:

Follow this procedure, twice a week, until you see a noticeable difference.
